ThirsTea Formats

ThirsTea offers five business formats.

Traditional

The Traditional format is a modern quick-service concept focused on high-quality beverages, fast service, and a vibrant customer experience. The traditional format is designed primarily for grab & go service, where customers can quickly order and enjoy a wide variety of handcrafted drinks including milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, slushies, iced coffees, and specialty beverages.

Traditional format typically features a compact and efficient store layout, optimized for speed, quality and efficiency. While limited seating are available in most locations, the concept is mainly built around convenience and takeaway service. Drinks are served in branded disposable cups, making the format ideal for shopping centers, high-traffic retail areas, universities, and urban locations.

Lounge

In addition to our traditional ThirsTea format, we also have ThirsTea Lounge format, designed to create a more elevated and social bubble tea & coffee experience.

ThirsTea Lounge is a dine-in focused format where guests can relax, socialize, and enjoy premium tea & coffee beverages in a comfortable café environment. Most tea & coffee drinks are served in glassware and ceramic cups rather than disposable packaging, emphasizing quality presentation and a refined tea & coffee experience.

The lounge concept combines our signature bubble teas, specialty milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, frappes, lemonades, and desserts with a welcoming seating environment. The goal is to create a destination where customers can spend more time, meet friends, work remotely, or enjoy premium tea & coffee culture in a relaxed setting.

Mall Kiosk

Shopping at the mall can be tiring, and our ThirsTea Mall Kiosk offers the perfect opportunity to take a much-needed break. A sip of our delectable boba and bubble teas is all it takes for all the background noise to disappear. Treat yourself to a moment to unwind and relish the floodgate of flavors in your mouth. With a wide range of drinks to choose from, our kiosk is bound to be a silent retreat, making shopping even more fun & enjoyable.

Carry Out

Life moves fast, and so do we. With ThirsTea’s Carry Out service, you can grab your favorite boba or bubble tea on the go without missing a beat. Whether you’re heading to work, class, or just out for a stroll, our carry-out option makes it easy to enjoy the ThirsTea experience anywhere. Choose your drink, customize it to your liking, and take the goodness with you—convenient, quick, and always delicious.

Food Truck

If you’re looking for a fun party on wheels, our ThirsTea Food Truck is exactly what you need. Get to experience the delicious scent of fresh boba or bubble tea blend in a cup from a nearby corner.
