Our primary offerings are non-alcoholic beverages (Boba Tea), which are freshly prepared once a customer places and pays for their order. As all transactions are prepaid and made-to-order, returns are extremely rare. However, in the rare case of a refund request, we promptly locate the transaction and issue a refund as needed.
